Baby Marchuk

I met Angela way back in the day when I helped in Sunday school at a local church as a 12 year old. Many many years later, I have had the privilege of taking her SR. pictures, engagement, wedding, and now maternity pictures. What an honor it is as a photographer to capture so many life changing milestones in print.

Congratulations Angela and Andrey! You two are going to be amazing parents! Can't wait to meet baby girl Marchuk in a few short weeks!

Vu Family

There's something so special about repeat clients who come back year after year. Not just the fact that they trust me to capture moments in time with their families but to watch them grow in number and to watch their babies who grow into toddlers that turn into kids.... its such a gift.

The Vu family first came to me 3 years ago for a family session with their family of 5. Now a family of 6, they have come back for another partially rainy but fun session! Here's some highlights from our time together...

Sophia

Boy, do kids grow fast! I remember my first session with Sophia as if it was just yesterday. She had to have been under a month old when her mom asked me to come take a few pictures of her. Now 6 years later, I came back for another session and I couldn't believe how much she's grown. Has it really been 6 years?!

Max

There's some kids that pose and smile the minute they see a camera pointed in their direction. And than there's others that rather play a round of chase instead of standing for a picture. Max just happens to be one of those kiddos. Energetic, silly, and always running somewhere. He definitely makes me work for a smile or a glance but when I do get the shots, they never disappoint.

Lights of Hope Auction

Every year EOR (http://www.ethiopianorphanrelief.org/) put on an amazing benefit auction called Lights of Hope in Portland, Oregon. Together with 200ish generous people, they raise funds that support current and future projects in Ethiopia. The past seven years I've been honored to document such an incredible event and follow along in the work that is being done for the orphans of Ethiopia. Please visit their website and follow along at https://www.facebook.com/ethiopian.relief/
